Delivery

GHS Express are pleased to offer their customers free delivery on all orders over £25.00. Orders below this amount will have a delivery charge of £10.00.

We will deliver to you within 48 working hours from receipt of your order, and where possible will contact you by telephone the next working day prior to delivery.

Please assist our drivers by supplying relevant information concerning the delivery of your goods, i.e. parking restrictions, opening hours, etc.

Our Express service covers the following post code areas:
CM, SS, RM, IG, EN, N, E, EC, SE, BR, DA, ME

Orders must be placed before 3pm for 48 working hour delivery (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 3pm will be classed as the following day.

A Signature is required for all deliveries and goods cannot be left in a porch etc. After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to GHS Express by the courier . If this is so you will be responsible for the associated delivery and return costs.

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours. Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deliveries are made to ground floor only with direct access. We unfortunately cannot deliver to Flats etc. that are not on the ground floor or addresses with complex gate entry systems.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.

If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resaleable condition or you will be charged for the products.

If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge. If they are found not to be defective or damaged you will be charged for those goods. If you have received a discounted rate on your order and you return goods that will take you below that discount rate you will then be charged the difference. e.g. 10 cases ordered and 2 returned you will then be charged the 4-9 case rate and not the 10-19 rate.
