1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1. The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company’s services and materials.

1.2. The company reserves the right to add interest to overdue account at 2% over the prevailing Bank of England base rate per month.

1.3. All prices are subject to VAT at the statutory rate current at the date of invoice.

1.4. The company reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice

1.5. The company reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice.

1.6. No items for return can be accepted at the company’s offices without prior agreement.

1.7. On approval orders cannot and will not be accepted.

1.8. Non receipts or complaints must be reported to the company within 7 days in writing.

1.9. The company will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are delivered within the time stated, but should a delay be experienced in the completion of an order the buyer does not have the right to cancel the order either entirely or in part.

1.10. No property in or title to the goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company.

1.11. The company does not accept responsibility for damage to any equipment in which our products are used for the purposes other than those for which it was designed.

1.12. The company cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of any of their products or products sold by them.

1.13. All products are priced per case unless otherwise stated, i.e. one case = 4x5 litres on most liquid products.

1.14. All goods are supplied carriage paid on orders of £25 or more in value (excluding VAT) otherwise a small order charge may be applied.
